By using DayOf, you agree to use the platform responsibly. The following conduct is prohibited:
Violating any laws or regulations
Misrepresenting your identity or services
Circumventing platform processes or fees
Posting false, misleading, or harmful content
Scraping, harvesting, or collecting user data
Interfering with platform operations
Using the platform for competitive intelligence
Attempting to transact off-platform in violation of our policies
Infringing on any intellectual property rights
DayOf may investigate suspected violations and take action, including suspension or termination of your account.
For vendors specifically:
You may not accept payment from a client outside the platform.
You may not encourage clients to book off-platform.
You may not provide quotes, contracts, or invoices outside the platform for any client introduced through DayOf.
You may not request client contact information to transact off-platform.
You may not consume alcohol or illegal drugs during an event booked through the platform, or arrive under the influence.
