When you set your price on DayOf, it must cover the DayOf Standard required inclusions for your category. These are the baseline expectations every couple can count on.
Coordinators ($1,000 minimum)

Final venue walkthrough
Rehearsal facilitation
Day-of: arrive C-5, set up personal items, facilitate timeline, run ceremony, cue transitions, pack up, facilitate grand exits, stay until venue approves departure
Photographers ($1,000 minimum)
Collect family shot list
Create and share photography timeline with coordinator
Day-of: arrive C-3, detail photos, independently lead photo timeline, stay for duration
Delivery: online gallery
Videographers ($750 minimum)
Create and share videography timeline with coordinator
Day-of: arrive C-3, provide off-camera mics, independently lead video timeline, stay for duration
Delivery: full ceremony video + wedding highlight film
Entertainment / DJs ($750 minimum)
Understand timeline, collect special songs
Day-of: arrive C-2.5, prelude music, ceremony mics and music, cocktail speaker, full reception booth with basic dance lighting, MC all evening
Officiants ($250 minimum)
Collaborate on ceremony script, attend rehearsal, sign marriage license
Must be registered to legally officiate
Day-of: arrive C-1, conduct ceremony, depart after
Content Creators ($250 minimum)
Understand timeline
Day-of: arrive C-2, capture iPhone content through event duration
Delivery: online gallery + 3 edited reels
