I believe weddings should feel like stories. Layered, emotional, and deeply personal. I started Calhoun Event Studio because I love translating ideas into experiences. I love the quiet moments of planning just as much as the big emotional ones. The way design can tell a story, the way thoughtful details make people feel seen, and the way a well-executed day allows couples to simply be present. I’m drawn to couples who are a little imaginative, a little romantic, and maybe just a little nerdy. The ones who care more about meaning than tradition for tradition’s sake. The ones who want their wedding to feel intentional, not templated. When you work with me, you’re not handed a checklist and sent on your way. I’m deeply involved in every phase, from the first vision conversation to the final send-off, ensuring your wedding feels cohesive, elevated, and completely yours. I intentionally limit the number of weddings I take on each year so I can be fully present with my clients. This allows me to give your event the time, creativity, and attention it deserves!
