Your planner will:

• Collaborate with you to build your wedding day timeline.
• Deliver and confirm your wedding day timeline with all vendors.
• Attend and facilitate the rehearsal with your officiant.
• Set up all personal items, including decorative details.
• Facilitate the wedding day timeline and provide leadership to all vendors.
• Run the ceremony and cue all event transitions.
• Pack up your personal items.

What's included

When you hire Significant Events for your event management and coordination, you gain access to our expertise throughout the process. Leverage our client portal from the moment you book, and shoot us a email if you feel stuck at any point in the process. Starting 3 months out, we will begin working hands on with you to build your timeline, confirm your floorplan and rentals order, and ensure all of your vendors have everything they need to serve you well. By the week of your wedding, all of your vendors will be confirmed, and everyone (including your wedding party) will have a tailored timeline and production document with all their questions answered. Meanwhile, our team of experts will be onsite to run your rehearsal, and manage your event from setup to breakdown so you can live in the moment during your special day.
